Do you mean an actual tree, Arbutus enido? If so and its been in more than a couple of years it would take a great deal of care. It is possible to move even a large a mature tree but it takes three years to do it safely. First year you cut off the roots from one side. The second year cut the other side. The roots should all have been replaced by a fibrous network and if the above treatment hasn't killed it the third year it can be lifted and replanted.
