I want to know what plant this is.
Hostas are already up and it's got a diff stem than a calla lily and my neighborhood thinks it's lily of the valley. I don't think it's that either. Any ideas?

I was thinking more of veratrum [if that is the correct spelling. could it be a canna?

Definitely not a Canna, but Veratrum is quite likely. I think that there is even a species native to the mountains of northern Arizona, but I had forgotten the name of it. Too many years since my plant taxonomy classes, I guess!
