welcome to GoY. they sound like one of the wild garlic, there is ransoms and three cornered leek that are invasive. you can try digging as many out as you can. failing that spray with a systemic weedkiller that has glyphosate in it.

These appeared in my flower borders 2 years ago ... I dig them out whenever I spot them ... hard work but the only way to keep on top of them spreading.
