True Asters can, though it's a bit early for most of those, but China Aster (Callistephus) is a little iffy that way.

Not sure if they will 'rebloom' but if you top off the main stem, you will force them to 'sideshoot' resulting in a bushier plant and much more flowers. I've cut mine back over the weekend by 1/3. They already have side shoots forming all along the mainstem.
