It would take years, guest, and even then plants are unlikely to a) come true from the parent plant, and b) be unlikely to flower anyway.

Thank you for answering that Barbara I was wondering the same thing , I have a lovely long fat pod hanging on my Wistera , I don't think I can wait years ..:o))

No - and the bought plants that 'do' flower are grafted these days, aren't they!
