Northamptonshire, England
My lovely Delphiniums that I grew from seed have been affected by rust on the leaves. Should I destroy the whole plants, roots and all, or could I save the roots for next year, please?
Thank you.

Since you are in the U.S., look for a product containing Bacillus amyloliquifaciens. It is a bacteria that eats fungi, and is a good cure and preventative for fungal diseases on the leaves, and in the soil.

Previous question
I would spray them with a fungicide & also the ground around them, as I always do with my Hollyhocks. Don't see the need to dig them up & destroy them.
