Morn, could someone remind me what plant this is, that's the leaky one not rose, lost label, also what is a good brand of indelible marking pen as ink labels fade on me? Many thanks.

Yep, a No. 2 pencil on a plastic label. Even more permanent, a copper foil label--there are several different types--and emboss the name on with a ballpoint pen.

Don't use a felt tip or marker pen because they are the most impermanent. I know from experience.

did you plant any eucomis?
the best I've found is staedtler and some labels have lasted 10 yrs. others less than a couple.
avoid sharpie 6-18months tops for me. Pencil works really well.

Maybe Eucomis, Sbg, or maybe Sea Squill (Drimia maritima).

Pass on the plant, try using pencil instead of any of the pens on your labels - seems to last longer.
