my vitis coignetiae looks to be withering, all the leaves drooping badly, it's a few years old and was good in other years, any ideas?

Mine is already dropping its leaves - far too early, guest. It looks like autumn out there under it! MG is right - not enough water.

thanks, moongrower and spitzhenry, sure you are right, although we have watered it [on and off]. Just hope it still comes back again next year.

Vines are extremely hardy I do not doubt it will survive.
