The second one is Virginia Creeper, a lovely deciduous clinging vine, with glorious red fall color. It can get a bit heavy for the average wooden fence, though. The other two are still young enough to be hard to I.D. On the first plant, are those white things part of the plant, or some kind of debris?
Hmmm...maybe the third plant is a seedling of Acer nikoense.
