I live in Lancashire and have been given a gift of an Hibiscus moscheutos carousel Giant red. It has beautiful dark red/purple leaves and deep red flowers - it does not have any significant information on the label and I would like to know if this plant is hardy -

I grow the H. moscheutos Southern Belle, and am in the first year of having some from the Luna series which also have red foliage. Don't be surprised if they are deciduous - everything above ground dries up in the fall. They come back in late spring. I leave the stems to mark where they are.

according to the RHS yes it is. so you shouldn't have any problem with it.
