I have grown this plant from a seed I got from a friend. He bought them on e bay and they came from China and were suppost to be an orange datura, can you tell me what it is ?

It is a Datura stramonium by the look of it, common name Thornapple. Does seem to have darker leaves than usual, but that might be a trick of the light in the picture; looks as if its going to have white flowers. All parts poisonous, fatal if ingested.
