Thank you Steragram, just looked it up now and there must be about ten variations of it available with different colour patterns, might see if I can grow a few of the others for contrast.

I have one called Henry Eilers, the petals are long and thin and spatulate at the end instead of opening out properly.

I seem to remember several posts on here recently saying that some of the varieties appear to be less tender than others. Goldsturm seems to be the most reliable for overwintering. It does well here, but we have a mild climate anyway.
