Phytolacca americana American pokeweed going by the berry arrangement.
the Indian Poke Phytolacca acinosa has a denser cluster of berries.
both are toxic if ingested and the sap is a skin irritant so handle with care.

Pokeweed, actually, Bathgate. Most likely Phytolacca americana. Chokeberries come in round clusters, like their kin, Cherries.
