I have acquired 4 potentilla shrubs.can they be planted out now or should they winter in the greenhouse

Full sun for all except Red Ace which keeps its colour best in partial shade. A really useful shrub!

By all means plant it out now. Fall is for planting. This way, it will be acclimated and read to 'take off' in Spring. I was just looking at one for the front of my house.
