Hi, welcome to Growsonyou. I find Chrysanthemums 'hit & miss' sometimes they return, sometimes not. I think it depends on the cultivar & severity of cold weather. Some will return for a couple years, then gone the next. I have others going on 5 years now.

Landscape types should. Some florist's types might freeze out in your area, or not bloom early enough to avoid serious frost next fall, though.
