Just confused by the weather. Nothing you can do about it but they should be OK - its happening in lots of places.

Most hers they start to sprout in autumn and then sit through the winter before getting going properly in spring.

I agree this is perfectly normal for many bulbs. Muscari put on lots of leaf every October/Nov. and I can see some 'noses' of hyacinths. Again not unusual.
