Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife received a free flowering climbing shrub sent to her as a free gift along with other plants but we don't know what it is. It is a very nice plant but very strange because it grows nice foliage all summer but come late autumn when it sheds its leaves and buds appear and lovely pink flowers decorate it during December to March. Can you please identify it for me if it is possible. Thank You.

Just mentioning ... Don't give your email address on the open forum. You don't know what unscrupulous people will see it.

If its actually a climber, it might be a Clematis montana variety, but December's a bit early for flowering, its more usually February or March
