My silver birch is 12 years old. has it stopped growing?

It is only about a fifth of the way through its normal life span, so still a baby.

not unless it's dead. They are quite majestic the bigger they get.

they get to about 35/40 ft, well the ones we had were.
so I don't think it is any where near fully grown.

Shouldn't think so, though it will be growing much more slowly - how tall is it now?
