My Gloxinia plants are completely destroyed by grey mould. Will the tubers be ok, or will I have to destroy the complete plants?

Hi Peter and welcome to GoY. Sounds like botrytis and, personally I'd bin the plants completely including the compost/soil they are in and not in your compost heap.
