can I take cuttings from pertunias?

Yes, you can. but it may be a bit late now. I found this advice for you:
"When taking cuttings, cut a stem a few inches long just below the leaf node and place in moist soil in a shady place. It takes a couple of weeks for the cutting to start putting out roots".
