You can do it two ways, take out branches with old wood and new. From the top green pieces you can make soft wood cuttings to pot up in the greenhouse, in potting soil with plenty of grit. Dip the ends in rooting hormone powder. The cuttings can be about 6 inches long, disbud and deleaf the nodes going into the pots. The hardwood part can be cut to the top node, disbud again parts going into the ground, outside in your nursery area.
