My snowdrops are very disappointing this year though they did quite well last year. I have three small clumps with only one bloom amongst them. I’ve bought another pot in flower but don’t know whether to put them in the cold ground or wait.
Likewise the Hydrangea Paniculata. Plant now or wait?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I agree with OWDs advice. good feed and plant as soon as ground not frozen.

Thankyou for the advice Owdbog and SBG. Mine too have been very disappointing although there are lots and lots of snowdrop clumps in my garden. I've never fed them but will do so this year after so many coming up blind.

Feed the Snowdrops now with Tomorite.
If your ground is not frozen and frost is not likely for a while then go ahead and plant. H. paniculata types begin growing in early spring, so the sooner it is planted the better.
