I have flower end rot on my plum tomatoes, can you tell me what the cause is and how can it be prevented in the future

Hi Alfamale & welcome to GoY. As Diadon says blossom end rot is caused by irregular watering. In general tomatoes need a lot more water than we think they do!

mainly because your watering is irregular. they need regular, and even watering, allowing for weather variations. i try to keep my toms ground in the g/house damp, and so far i have had no problems. diadon
