The RHS site recommends these weedkillers if it is in the lawn, though does say repeated applications might be required. Doff Lawn Weeder, SBM Job Done Lawn Weedkiller or Westland Resolva Lawn Weedkiller Extra.
digging out as much as possible is a better option if you don't want to use chemicals.
