My mums "Moneymaker" tomatoes were badly affected by white wall this year. Can anyone suggest a variety that isn't so prone to this disorder that she could try next year?

Blotchy ripening and internal areas of white or yellowish tissue - Whitewall, the causes are usually excess light, high temperatures and poor feeding. Sorry to hear you have these white rings.I hope someone can suggest another type. I grow this one and never seem to have a problem but I grow them out side, east facing and feed weekly.

Yes my mum thinks this years high temperatures combined with taking off too many leaves has caused the problem. Think I'll suggest to her that she gives them another go next year but outside now she knows what is likely to have caused it.
Thanks for your help
