The bottom one looks like a Hibiscus seedling, but no idea what the top one is.

they both look like 'weeds' to me. the bottom one looks like birch. the top could be a phlox thinking about it.

Probably weeds but I can usually i.d. most weeds 2nd one does look like some sort of tree and yes the top does look like a phlox but not...

bottom one also looks like a grape too.
