I have a Mediterranean pine in my garden, it’s about 25 years old now. My husband grew it from seed when he pick up a pine cone when we were in Greece. I have found a cone that has dropped in the wind today any suggestions how to start off another tree!

place the cone on a warm window sill. as the cone dries it will open out and then the seed will drop out. then just plant the seed in compost water well and let nature take its course. obviously don't let the plant dry out.
