I have 5 different celsosia in 5 different colours in my garden. I have heard that they can be used for dried out as decoration. Should I cut the flowerheads off, as they look healthy, and use as a display, or leave them out as they look lovely.
I am asking as I am not sure if they last very long, and will they also flower once again after the flowerheads have been removed.

I found this info on drying them...
"DRYING Cut when flower plumes are in full colour. Wrap a rubber band around small bundle of stems and hang heads down in a dry, airy place until dry. "
I don't think they'll flower again this late in the season, but you never know!
