Unfortunately with this very dry weather not sure whether I’ve killed my Xmas tree that has been in a pot for about 8 years. The pot got moved and I overlooked watering it, the needles have started to shed. Will it revive if I now remember to water it daily.

Depends how bad it is. If there are still lots of green needles it should hopefully recover but in any case its worth trying. Its a bit old still to be in a pot though - much harder to keep it fed and watered.
