difficult to tell. do you have a better shot of the blossom and leaves. perhaps you can repost the question next spring when you can take other photos.. it looks a lovely shrub. is it scented?

A close-up of the flowers and leaves would help but as a guess Viburnum x burkwoodii. Lots of different varieties though and many American hybrids.
