A couple of my hydrangea flowers are beginning to fade,what should I do,cut them off,leave them ??????

Leave them - the theory is that the dead flowers will help protect growth buds lower on the stem during winter, which will leaf out next spring.

Make sure your hydrangeas are sufficiently watered. As the name implies, hydrangeas love their water and I heard about the 'dry spell' the UK is currently experiencing. Mine need to be watered everyday. Also they can't take long periods of direct sun.
