Many of my shrubs are developing an unhealthy yellow colour and brow spots. Could this be due to drought?

Some of mine are the same and I think it's the dry weather. Try giving them a good soak and see if they improve.

The drought could be a catalyst for various problems. A stressed plant is susceptible to all kinds of problems.
