Can anyone name this parasite?!
My ornamental blossom tree has been looking very sad for a couple of weeks. Today I put a leaf under the microscope and found these! Does anyone know what they are and is there anything I can do?

definitely spider mites.

It looks like the two-spotted spider mite, to me. Usually, washing the plant off every day with a strong spray of water, for several days, does the trick. That makes life harder for the pest mite, and encourages the predatory mites that feed on them.
