It might prove impossible to move -- the roots may have spread widely by now. If you want to try, leave it till end of September, and cut back the topgrowth by half when you do it - but you may lose it.

Could you take cuttings? They'll be the same as the original. Take a bit of time but if you like it it's worth preserving?
