winter flowering pansies above spring flowering dwarf daffs and or tulips depending on depth of pot.
there are trailing ivies for the hanging baskets and even trailing violas.

Would a nice mix of plants for interesting foliage work for you in the hanging baskets during Winter?

I like a good winter pot, with maybe a white heather, a young helleborus niger and an evergreen grass and/or young fern. I might go fern in the baskets too, with some ivies trailing perhaps.
