Has anyone dealt with a Cohlicella barbara snail infestation before ?

I have laid snail bait pellets and they seem to walk by it . It has now gotten to a point where I can not pick them out and I'm sure there are hundreds . They are beginning to decimate what I have , especially my herbs .

Well that's interesting - as far as I can tell, this species of snail is not present in South Africa - its in the mediterranean, much of Europe, including the UK, and European Turkey, usually in coastal areas. Are you actually in South Africa?
