Hi, it looks like a Leonotis to me, the usual species is Leonotis leonurus, hopefully it might bloom before frost kills it, for confirmation, Derek.

It definitely looks like leonotis leonarus my leaves are totally different mine are not thin like ive seen on pics of leonotis mine more salvia like... big and rounded 6" towards the base ? Weird
