POTASH I have burned a large amount of cuttings,bramble and rambling roses! I am left with nearly a twelve inch pot of white ash. How where and when can I use it? Oh PLEASE

Ha ha, your question was fine without the please, Jimtatt, LOL, made me laugh anyway.
I'd keep it over winter and distribute around the garden, in particular around flowering plants, next spring. Others may have other suggestions.

As long as your not gardening on a chalk or limestone based soil, Jim. Ashes cause chlorosis around here, but that's only a problem in alkaline soil.
