i have had a wisteria for 15 years but it never flowers.i have tryed feeding molching but nothing.please can you help

Most important thing of all - when are you pruning? Or aren't you? Should be trained and pruned from the start, by selecting one, two or three main stems vertically, then cutting of at the height you want the plant to be, and then allowing the horizontal (lateral) branches to grow. These should then be shortened, some down to 6 inches, some by half, in August, and then repeat that treatment again in the middle of February.
