Hello there,
Most of my perennials were killed by last year's winter. They never came back, so I had mostly empty flowerbeds where I pulled out the dead plants. I was too busy and too lazy to fix it in the spring. Is it too late to put in new perennials (lavenders and other flowering bushes). Should I leave it till after winter?

Now and October are good times for planting shrubs, for sure, and most perennials, Kenny, though not all
