My Matthiola Incana Pillow Talk has flowered 3 years after I planted it and the scent is lovely. If I cut some of the flowers for indoors will it keep flowering?

it may send some more flower spikes up. the scent of these stocks is excellent isn't it? they want to make seed so removing the flower should stimulate it to re-flower.
