I am wondering if anyone is experiencing difficulty writing a blog...When I try to preview or publish those options are not there.Tried a few times to no avail.

not written one for a few weeks so not at the moment no. do you get the save and preview option usually bottom left of the page? that then shows the blog and the publish tab is at the top before your blog starts.
