can anyone recommend a reliable half-moon cutting tool. I bought a cheap one from local diy store, it soon bent over and snapped. I then invested in a Joseph Bentley tool, not cheap and with a 5-year guarantee, but after one use that is now lop-sided! The gardener using it is of average build and weight - I can take it back, but that doesnt solve the problem. Recommendations would be most appreciated, not too fussed about the cost. many thanks as always,

i agree the best thing is a spade and a good way of getting a nice curve is to lay a hose out in the shape you want and cut up to it .
