When is it to late to move bulbs especially alliums and fritillaria?

When is it to late to move bulbs especially alliums and fritillaria in fact everything in the garden has to be dug up in January I'm guessing.

Far, far too late but if you have to, you have to. Transport them in slightly damp paper, or similar, and get them back into the ground as soon as possible. They might not do very well in 2020 but should beOK the year after.
