Any idea what is wrong with my new Hellebore? It was healthy over Christmas and now looks like this. I am thinking either a virus or it doesn't like the location.

Its just going over. Mine are like this too. It will soon grow new leaves. You can remove the flowers if you don’t want them seeding around.
