No, but you can have a little dig and see if any of the new plantlets have some good root attached - if so, sharp knife, cut down, taking root with the plantlet, pot up separately. I'd advise you check the health of the upper stem and topgrowth of your cordyline first though - these plantlets do appear spontaneously, but can signify the top parts of the plant are unhealthy and dying back, in which case, the plantlets at the bottom will take over and you'll still have a cordyline.
