This is a Scopolia but I can not read the rest of the name.
I have had a look on the internet and S. lutescens is the best fit. Does any one else grow this yellow flowered form. And is the id correct? Thanks

Sadly it came from a plant fair with a hand written label and the pen has faded, to be honest Scopolia is only worked out as I know what it is.
I also have that one Andrew, variety Zwanenberg also coming into flower now. Its a really good plant for shade isn't it.

Yes, and it looks sinister as it pushes through the soil

Apparently it is Scopolia carniolica var brevifolia.
A friend from the HPS group I belong to also bought one at the same fair and whilst he has lost his he still has the label. He is hoping that I will split it and give him a bit. Of course I will. We often swop plants.
By the way Andrew I haven't forgotten about the I unguicularis, but I am not going to the post office any time soon. ;o)

I only grow S. carniola. Does the label have the nursery's name on to check with them?
