basically growmore has a greater balance and range of nutrients/minerals Nitrogen:phoshate and potassium in it than just bonemeal. Bonemeal is literally the ground up crushed heated treated bones of animal carcases: high in Calcium and phosphate.
as a general purpose fertilizer growmore is better.
