Just looking to find out what type of plant this is. Found it on oil rig I worked on. Doesn’t need water often. Maybe once a month. Was in a type of barky mix like orchids.

It's Oldupai (Sanseveria cylindrica) from Olduvai Gorge in Africa. It likes the compost to dry out completely between waterings, medium to bright light, and half strength houseplant food once or twice a year. Very easy to grow, as long as you don't overwater it. If it is really happy, it will send up spikes of creamy white flowers in summer. It was recently reclassified as Dracaena angolensis, but I have my doubts as to whether that will stick.
