Hello, I’m new to this page and I’m looking for some advice. I have this Forest Flame in my garden, correct me if I’m wrong, I was wondering if there is a way of me pruning it to make it a bit more bushy? Should I cut it right down and start again?

Yes - I've found it very good tempered and amenable to pruning. If you follow Seaburn's advice you'll be able to get it to leaf up much lower down.

welcome to GoY Fielding86.
I would remove 1 in 3 of the stems to about 6" above the lowest shoots. Then next yr remove another 1/3 and then the following year the final 1/3. It looks to be quite old so I personally wouldn't cut it all down to the same height now.
But I don't grow this shrub but some one else will and will be able to give you first hand advice.
